Dear Diary,
What kind of odd creatures will the characters be confronted with?
Will they be friends, allies, or enemies ?
Here a list of list of the factions in Whitechapel for Into London:
I use a 2Dx result for the random encounters, so that the average results are encountered more often. With this I try to emulate the fact that this is a very big faction or that this faction is on it's home turf.

Sources:
- Isfet & Zoog are factions in the french translation of Into the ODD and were originally published in "Everyday is Halloween"
- Bow Street Runner are historical
- Lord of the Bats is an adaptation of the "Ombre-corbeaux" from Into the Evil (part of the french ITO kickstarter)
- Hospitaller Order of Dunwich is an historical reference mixed with lovecraftian mythos
